We're a Gloucestershire based training provider and consultancy on a mission to make mandatory training genuinely useful - both for the learners and the businesses that rely on them.
Our story
With over 10 years of experience in the training industry, I have seen first hand the difference that good quality training can make.
Unfortunately I hear the same complaints too often: Training is boring, it's just there to tick a box, it doesn't allow time to actually learn useful skills - and that's where we come in.
Whilst you do need to ensure training meets regulatory requirements and is cost effective, it should be enjoyable for the learners so they can engage with it.
Through providing a safe and supportive learning environment, encouraging interactivity and creating memories through social interaction we can help the learning to really stick.
