We only collect personal data that you choose to give us. This currently happens through the contact form on our website, where we may ask for:
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We use the information you provide to:
Our legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services and, where an enquiry leads to a booking, the steps necessary to enter into a contract with you.
Enquiries submitted through our contact form are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form processing service that delivers submissions to our inbox. Web3Forms acts as a data processor on our behalf. We do not sell your data or share it with any other third party for marketing purposes.
Where a booking proceeds, we may need to share limited relevant details (for example, your name and contact details) with associate trainers or venues involved in delivering your training.
This website does not set any non-essential cookies (such as analytics or advertising cookies).
We load fonts from Google Fonts, a third-party service. Loading these fonts means your device makes a request to Google's servers, which may process your IP address. No cookies are set by this request. You can read more in Google's privacy policy.
If we add analytics, marketing or other non-essential cookies in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required by law.
We keep enquiry and correspondence data for as long as necessary to respond to you and, where a business relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship plus a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping purposes (typically no longer than 24 months from our last contact, unless we're required to keep it for longer, for example for the purposes of maintaining proof of training). We then delete or anonymise it.
Some of our third-party service providers, such as Web3Forms and Google, may process data on servers located outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent measures, to protect your data.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at . If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we start using a new tool or service. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
If you have any questions about this privacy policy or how we handle your data, please get in touch or email .
